I have three of Mrs. Janet Decker mp3s the Hypnosis for Stress Reduction, Improve Memory & Recall and this one for Self-Esteem, I highly recommend all 3 of her mp3's however, I find that this particular one is my favorite and the one I listen to most often.

I have been using this mp3 on and off for about 3 months now, at first I must admit I was a bit skeptical of this product, but with time and consistency I've found it has helped me change and improve my personal attitude and outlook on life. It has definitely become one of my favorite and most useful tools for improving myself.

Since this was my first experience with a "hypnosis" recording I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be put off by her voice so before making the purchase I listen to the samples she has available on her website hypnotherapyservicesdotcom and I found her voice to be very relaxing, soothing, and gentle. I also emailed her asking her how to best use her products and I got a prompt and friendly response.

I bought a few other hypnosis Cd's where foreign accents, hesitation in the voice of the speaker, and background music that sounded like noises from outer space just did not work for me, someone mentioned the lack of music in the recording made it a "dull" experience for them yet, I found that for me it was much easier to relax and concentrate with out the distracting "noises" in the background.
