For the past three weeks I have been using the Self Confidence and Self-Esteem CD. I have to say that I absolutely do notice a difference with how I feel. I feel much more calm and relaxed and my anxiety while not completely gone has improved dramatically, more so than I ever thought possible.I have always been skeptical about hypnosis not entirely believing that it even worked, I certainly didn't think it would ever work for me. I thought it couldn't hurt just to try it though. After now actually goingthrough it I am no longer skeptical about it because it does work. I amamazed at the improvement that I feel. I would highly recommend this toanyone.
