Shortly after I opened my hypnotherapy practice I knew that in order to be successful in my chosen career I would first need to focus on education. It quickly became apparent to me that virtually no one out side of the hypnotherapy field had an accurate understanding of what hypnosis was, or perhaps more importantly, what it was not. I further realized that it was not just the general public that I needed to educate but also the doctors, psychologists, and social workers as well. I could clearly see that my future as a Hypnotherapist and healer was entwined with that of an educator. I believe my success in the field of hypnotherapy is due to my ability to clearly and accurately explain the truths and the myths about the art/science of hypnosis. To date, my work continues as both a healer and educator.
